1. The Accreditation Pass is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of Free State Rugby Union and Free State Cheetahs Company
(Pty) Ltd as set-out at www.fscheetahs.co.za
2. The right of Accreditation granted to the Accredited Party is subject to the full Accreditation Terms and Conditions (the “Accreditation T&C”).
3. Every Accredited Party is deemed to have read and agreed to the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of The Stadium.
4. The Accreditation Pass will remain the property of the Free State Rugby Union (FSRU) and Free State Cheetahs Company (Pty) Ltd
(Cheetahs Company) until the end of the 2012-rugby season.
5. This Accreditation Pass and the rights attached to it are personal to the party named hereon (the “Accredited Party”) and non-transferable
and must be clearly displayed at all times.
6. The bearer may enter only those areas or facilities as designated by the FSRU and the Cheetahs Company and as displayed hereon.
7. The Accreditation Pass does not give the Accredited Party or anyone else the right to obtain a seat.
8. The Accredited Party acknowledges that this Accreditation Pass, and the right of Accreditation which comes with it, may be removed and/or
the Accredited Party may be refused access to any Permitted Area for any breach of the Accreditation T&C or otherwise in accordance with the Accreditation T&C.
9. The FSRU and Cheetahs Company may conduct security searches to personal belongings and/or outer clothing on entry, exit or at any time to
ensure the safety of the venue and guests/supporters.
10. FSRU and Cheetahs Company may refuse admission to, or eject from The Stadium and Venues any person who refuses to be searched.
11. Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward, security officer, official or personnel or any other person acting on behalf of the
FSRU and Cheetahs Company may be ejected from The Stadium and Venues.
12. By using the Accreditation Pass to enter any Permitted Area, the Accredited Party declares that he/she has read and understood the Accreditation
T&C and General Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by and to comply with them in full.
13. In particular, but without limitations, the Accredited Party acknowledges the following:
13.1 the restrictions on items which may be taken into Permitted Areas;
13.2 the restrictions on the recording and use of sound and of moving and still images;
13.3 specifically where the Accredited Party is a member of the press or a photographer, the provisions relating to commercial use of still
photography images.
14. The Accredited Party hereby indemnifies and holds the FSRU and Cheetahs Company harmless from and against all damages and liabilities
suffered or incurred in connection with, resulting from or arising out of any breach of the Accreditation T&C.
15. Admission to The Stadium and Venues is at the Accredited Party's own risk.
16. Neither FSRU nor Cheetahs Company, or any person/company acting on behalf of the FSRU and Cheetahs Company, shall be liable for any
loss or damage sustained within the premises or personal injury or accident to the Accredited Party.

ACCREDITATION TEMPORARY
1. This Accreditation Pass is only valid according to the date displayed on the front cover of this ticket.
2. The Accreditation Pass is not a valid stand ticket and only allows access to a person/company that contributes to the Event as a Service Provider.

9. The bearer may enter only those areas or facilities as designated by the FSRU and the Cheetahs Company and as displayed hereon.
10. The Accreditation Pass does not give the Accredited Party or anyone else the right to obtain a seat.
11. The Accredited Party acknowledges that this Accreditation Pass, and the right of Accreditation which comes with it, may be removed and/or the
Accredited Party may be refused access to any Permitted Area for any breach of the Accreditation T&C or otherwise in accordance with the Accreditation T&C.

GAME DAY TICKETS
1. 2012 Suite/Stand tickets are valid for all games played at The Stadium under the jurisdiction of the Free State Rugby Union (FSRU) and Cheetahs
Company Pty Ltd (Cheetahs Company).
2. Tickets must be produced at the entrance points and on request of any official, steward, security officer or personnel from the FSRU and Cheetahs Company.
3. Admission to The Stadium is granted at ticket holders own risk and subject to a search.
4. The bearer of a suite/stand ticket confirms, that by entering The Stadium premises, he/she will be considered to have acquainted themselves with the
indemnity displayed on the Important Notice erected on the outside of The Stadium and fully understands the contents thereof.
5. All seats at The Stadium are reserved and ticket holders must sit accordingly to the seat or stand numbers.
6. Should matches for any reason beyond the control of the FSRU and Cheetahs Company not take place, no refunds will be made in respect to this ticket.
7. Tickets are not replaceable due to loss, theft, damage or for any other reason whatsoever.

12. SPECIAL PERMISSION: Special permission is however granted to Hockey field users and the following rules strictly apply
to this area:
12.1 Gas or normal “braaier” – must be removed after the event and FSRU and the Cheetahs Company can not be held responsible
for loss, damage or theft.
12.2 Must compile to the Rules and Regulations of Mangaung Metro Department Health and Safety:
12.2.1 Meat must be provided by a butchery or abattoir with approval from the Health Inspector
12.2.2 All “braai” utensils must be clean and hygienically clean before use.
12.2.3 Gas or normal “braaier” must have a covering underneath the “braaier” to ensure that the area underneath stays clean
and free of pollution.
12.2.4 Coles must be thrown into dustbins (will be provided by FSRU) after use – once it has cooled down and NOT whilst still hot.
Coles may not be dumped on the grass, the hockey field parking area or on the paved area.
12.3 Gazebo’s and Umbrellas, may be used in the area, but ambush marketing won’t be tolerated or allowed. This means that no
person is allowed to use any branded company equipment or any type of advertising material whilst parked in this area.
12.4 Open fires, gas “braaiers” or any type of social activity will be restricted to the grass area – situated between the hockey field
and the hockey field pavilion. You are not allowed to park your vehicle in a position which is inconsiderate to other users or in a position
where your vehicle is not in accordance with the traffic and parking flow of the other vehicles.
12.5 Only the normal stadium ablution/toilet facilities will be available for use.
12.6 Liquor may be brought into and consumed in this area, but no person will be allowed to use/take liquor outside the fenced hockey
field parking area.
12.7 All users should also take other people into consideration during the gazebo / umbrella set-up. Gazebos are restricted to 1 (one)
gazebo per paid client.
12.8 The grass area will be controlled on a “first come, first serve” basis and is under no circumstances a guarantee if you arrive late.
12.9 You are not allowed to park your vehicle next to your braai area – due to the limitation on parking space all users must follow the
“park flow” of the vehicles parked before you.
13. The FSRU and Cheetahs Company may conduct security searches to personal belongings and/or outer clothing on entry and exit
of the parking area.

SEASON TICKETS: CHILDREN
1. This ticket is only valid for children (any child who takes up a seat between 3 and 18 years of age).
2. In cases where the ticket has been bought without an adult ticket also purchased, the seat will be allocated behind the posts,
North or South of The Stadium.
3. 2012 Season tickets are valid for all games played at The Stadium under the jurisdiction of the Free State Rugby Union (FSRU)
and Cheetahs Company Pty Ltd (Cheetahs Company). This includes semi-finals and finals played at The Stadium.
4. Complimentary season tickets are NOT included for the Test match / semi-finals and finals.
5. International tests are NOT included and ticket holders will be notified on the entrance tickets. Except if otherwise indicated,
in writing, by FSRU and Cheetahs Company to the owner of the ticket.
6. Valid season ticket holders have the first option to purchase their reserved seats.
7. Season tickets must be produced at the entrance points and on request of any official, steward, security officer or personnel
from the FSRU and Cheetahs Company.
8. Admission to The Stadium is granted at ticket holders own risk and subject to a search, may include a full body search.
9. The bearer of a season ticket confirms, that by entering The Stadium premises, he/she will be considered to have acquainted
themselves with the indemnity displayed on the Important Notice erected on the outside of The Stadium and fully understands the contents thereof.

11. Should matches for any reason beyond the control of the FSRU and Cheetahs Company not take place, no refunds will be made
in respect to this ticket.
12. Tickets are not replaceable due to lost, theft, damage, or for any other reason whatsoever. Tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled,
returned or exchanged after purchase. In cases where any of the above has taken place, the season ticket holder will be liable to pay an
Administration Fee of R100.00 per ticket, BUT the current barcode will be cancelled and a new barcode will be relocated to the season ticket holder.

1.6.2 student tickets may not be bought additionally to the Family Package (consisting of 2 adults and 2 child/student tickets) on the
Main / Open stand. If more student tickets will be needed in addition to the Family Package, the person will have to prepare to pay the

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SMS COMPETITION
1. Preamble
1.1 The purpose of this promotional competition, to be held by FREE STATE RUGBY
UNION, are to reward loyal supporters and furthermore to encourage game attendance
and promote the Cheetahs rugby team.
1.2. To qualify as an entrant of this promotional competition a person must forward the
correct answer by SMS (charged at R1.50 per sms) to the number, “FRU 41911”, dedicated and allocated by the
FREE STATE RUGBY UNION towards this competition.
1.3 The competition is only valid to anyone who received a flyer and wants to enter the competition.
2. Prize
2.1. The Finalist/winner stands a chance of winning one of a various arrangement of
PRIZES (Hereinafter referred to as the “PRIZE” in Paragraph 2.2) allocated by and in the sole discretion of the promoter towards
this SMS competition to be presented leading up to the match of the 3rd of March 2012.
3. General
3.1. The Promoter of this promotional competition is the FREE STATE RUGBY UNION
(“Promoter”).
3.2. The Promoter, and any sponsor of prizes, its directors, members, partners, employees,
agents or consultants and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business
partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter this promotional competition.
Since this is an automatic entering system, the Promoter has the sole right to, and upon
notification that this clause is contravened, either immediately draw another finalist or not. If
this contravention is reported to the promoter, after the prize has been won, the draw may be
declared a void, by the Promoter. In such an instance, and in its sole discretion, the Promoter
may facilitate an urgent process or system to result in a draw of the prize.
3.3. All information relating to this promotional competition and published on the Promoter’s
Website or any or advertising material forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. In
the event of any conflict, this terms and conditions will prevail.
3.4. No entry will be considered to be valid until a validation process has taken place by the
Promoter or any agent so instructed by the Promoter.
3.5. The prize will only be awarded to the prize winner upon the presentation of the prize
winners physical cell phone instrument which ,which enables the Promoter to accordingly
validate the entry cell phone number.
3.6 Any number of finalists/winners may be selected by the Promoter from the cell phone
numbers of entrants, who displays the correct answer to the competition question.
3.7. The unique cell phone number of the finalists/winners will either be announced over the
Public Address system as well as on the visual media, periodically, after the draw has taken
place or by contacting the winners via cell phone.
3.8. The finalist must, and not later than 16:00 on the Monday following match day, report in
person to the commercial department of FREE STATE RUGBY UNION offices. In the event
of the prize not claimed before the mentioned date, the prize will be irrevocably forfeited.
3.9. Upon entering the competition, the entrant acknowledges that he/she has read and
understands the contents of these terms and conditions, and is irrevocably bound to these
terms and conditions and also permits the FREE STATE RUGBY UNION or its agents to
forward any promotional and or commercial information to the cell number used to enter the
competition.
3.10. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter will be final and binding on all
aspects of this promotional competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.11. The Promoter and any sponsor of prizes, its directors, members, partners, employees,
agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for
any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from a entrant’s participation in this promotional
competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.
3.12. The Promoter will be entitled to publish the prize winner’s name and photograph in any
advertising, promotional, print, point of sale or public relations material, the nature and
manner of such releases to be determined within the sole discretion of the Promoter, for a
period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the competition.
3.13. If required by the Minister for Trade and Industry, the Lotteries Board or for whatever
other reason, the Promoter will have the right to terminate this promotional competition with
immediate effect and without notice of such termination. In such event, all entrants hereby
waive any rights, which they may have against the Promoter and hereby acknowledge that
they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against the Promoter, its
directors, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants.
3.14. All entrants, by entering this promotional competition, agree to be bound by these terms
