2012 Hospitality Suites
Hospitality Suites Packages in Free State Stadium includes average amount of 24 tickets to all matches in Free State Stadium, under the jurisdiction of the Free State Rugby Union. 
 Matches include:
* Vodacom Super Rugby 
* Vodacom Cup
* Absa Currie Cup
Category A Suite:  R108 000.00 (excl. VAT)
Suites no. 7 - 22, middle of main stand

Category B Suite:  R90 000.00 (excl. VAT)
Suites no. 31- 45, 54 -75, 84 - 98, middle of the eastern stand and behind the posts

Category C Suite:  R82 000.00 (excl. VAT)
Suites no. 1-6, 23- 30, 46 - 40, 81 -83, on the corners end ends of the stands

Category D Suite:  R35 000.00 (excl. VAT)
Suite no. 50 - 53, situated on south eastern corner.  Only seats on suite level, no hospitality area

Suites Package Consists of:
* 24 x tickets  (option to purchase 6 additional tickets)
* Category D Suites:  12/15 x tickets (option to purchase 6 additional tickets)
* 2 x parking tickets
* 2 x service tickets
* 2 x advertising board facing the playing field (Category A Suites, 1 advertising board facing the playing field)
* Test Tickets included
Category A, B, C Suites consists of:
* Standard bar (bar counter, basin) 
* 1 x TV
Category D Suites consists of:
* 12-15 seats on suite level
* 1 x  counter with fridge

TERMS
Option of signing either a 1 year or a 3 year contract.
* 1 year contract  - 8% Escalation
* 3 year contract  - 5% Escalation
Catering
* Suite holders are responsible for their own catering
* Match day cut-off times for deliveries
Liquor
* Option of ordering liquor from FRU, having it delivered to the suite
* No private liquor deliveries on match days

GAZEBO
Gazebos are tent structures situated on the northern side of the stadium with full access to the Castle Deck and entertainment area:
* Gazebo Package Consists of:
* 20 x Main Pavilion tickets
* 2 x Waterfront parking tickets
* 1 x Braai facility at gazebo
* 2012 Gazebo Package:  R 32 400 (excl VAT)
